The Feldenkrais Method

In Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons, you are verbally guided through a sequence of gentle movements intended to help you develop a greater awareness of “how” you move. Everyone, from athletes to those with disabilities or chronic pain, can benefit as you gain ease, grace, and clarity in movement.

The Feldenkrais Method® reconnects you to the natural abilities of movement you see in babies and young children. Whether it helps you sit more comfortably at your computer or enhances your yoga practice, anyone can benefit by overcoming limitations from stress, misuse, injury, or illness. Lessons can be done lying, standing, or even sitting in a chair and can be adapted to your ability.

EFT Tapping for Health

Tapping is a simple tool, based on the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) that can be done by anyone to move the energy of a specific pain, event or memory and bring it to resolution. It utilizes the energy meridians of acupuncture with gentle finger tapping, is easy to learn and will have an immediate effect on your journey to a happier, healthier and less stressful life.

Learn about the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and the Dynamic Neural Retraining System (DNRS) to resolve both emotional and physical issues. Watch the documentary film, The Tapping Solution, The Revolution Starts Within, following ten individuals and their healing journey using the Tapping Technique.
